Develop a plan.
Identify the customers who are happy with your products and services and enthusiastic and passionate about your brand.
Build empathy with your consumers..
Give them platforms where they can express themselves and share their stories/ knowledge.
Track what you and your brand advocates do, document it, analyze it.
